How to get to sleep now!

When you are dreaming, your brain produces chemicals which take you into deep sleep. Then, after a certain amount of deep sleep your brain produces chemicals which take you into dreaming sleep. This allows you to cycle through the stages of sleep and usually happens several times per night.

If you learn how to mimic dreaming sleep, your brain produces the same chemicals and eases you into deep sleep.

So you don’t have to quieten your brain or empty your thoughts in order to get to sleep.

Quite the contrary actually. Your brain can be very active and you fall asleep easily. You just have to direct your thoughts into something that you enjoy doing. Like going for a walk, or a swim, or to the movies, or having a massage or anything at all.

You simply have to use your imagination as completely as you can and your brain will do the rest.

To help you get started, here is a link to the sleep audios that I have available on streaming music services like Spotify.
